Bookings are confirmed via phone or WhatsApp. Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup. Last-minute cancellations may attract a nominal fee at the driver's discretion.
All fares are agreed upon before the journey begins. Additional charges may apply for toll, parking, or waiting beyond the agreed free-wait time. Payment is made directly to the driver.
Passengers must not carry prohibited items, must wear seatbelts, and are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle. Smoking and consumption of alcohol inside the cab is strictly prohibited.
Narashiman Cabs is not liable for delays due to traffic, road closures, weather, or acts beyond our control. We take all reasonable precautions to ensure safe and timely travel.
